Management & Specialist Search

Via direct approach

It often happens that advertising, in combination with "file search", does not lead to the desired result.
There can be various reasons for this.
The target group, for instance, is too small, or is difficult to identify. In this case, but also in other cases, "direct search" may be a better solution.
It is a misconception that "direct search" is, by definition, a costly affair. This method is often regarded as being more suitable for senior management vacancies within a company, but positions in middle management also lend themselves excellently to this method. In a number of cases, "direct search" proves to be more favourable as regards investment (time and money), and often leads faster to a concrete result than the more common methods.

A few advantages:

  • Direct search can yield valuable, additional competitive and market information.
  • Direct search reaches a target group that is not actively looking for another job.
  • Direct search often leads to a quicker result and may be more favourable as regards investment.
  • Direct search does not lead to a large response, which prevents unnecessary delay
    of the process.
