The recruitment and selection procedure starts off with obtaining a complete picture of the job and your organisation. On the basis of this, Toprose draws up the profile the candidate has to meet.

The recruitment is aimed at delivering a result within four to six weeks.
Your vacancy is placed on our website, without any extra costs.
After consultation, we place (if necessary) an advertisement on internet and/or in the printed media.
Our own database (file search) is screened automatically for suitable candidates.
New potential candidates are added all the time. In addition, we consult the commercial databases made available to us by third parties (e-search).

It is the aim of Toprose to introduce you to at least three candidates.
The personality of the candidates plays an important role in the selection.
This factor is of vital importance for the successful functioning within a company.
The correct match between the personality of the candidate and the culture of an organisation will have to be as much as possible in balance with each other. Eventually, this balance will be decisive to a great extent for the success of the co-operation!
